How does duplicate detection work?

Select a column to check for duplicates. Rows with the same value in that column are considered duplicates. You can choose to keep either the first or last occurrence.

Can I preview duplicates before removing?

Yes! After selecting a column, you'll see a live count of unique values and duplicates found before actually removing them.

What if I want to check multiple columns?

Currently, duplicate detection is based on a single column. For multiple-column matching, consider using VLOOKUP or the Row Filter tool.

Is the original file modified?

No. Your original file is never modified. A new file without duplicates is downloaded.
